During this period, users can cancel the deletion request by emailing us again. After the 7-day period, the deletion process is irreversible.

All original content published on our website is the property of Redwasp Studio. This includes text, graphics, and design elements. We use Stripe, as the third party app to securely process the payments and manage billings. You can directly manage your subscription through your account or the Stripe Dashboard.

Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Payment Terms: Provide accurate billing information and authorize the recurring charges for the membership fee.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Instructions for cancellation are available in your account settings.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 30‑day money back guarantee on our membership plan. If you are not satisfied with our services, you must first cancel your membership plan via your account settings before the next billing and then send us an email at contact@redwasp.dev with a detailed explanation of your concerns. Once your request is reviewed and deemed eligible, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Newsletters

We will send you newsletters based on your selected subscriptions, like marketplace updates, special offers, post updates and other relevant content. We use Mailgun as our email service provider to manage and distribute newsletters securely and efficiently. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time through your account settings. We will never require or force users to subscribe to any of our newsletter
